AUDEZE CO-FOUNDER TO RECEIVE INNOVATION AWARD FROM LA & OC AUDIO SOCIETY

Audeze Co-Founder and CTO set to receive an innovation award for life’s work from the Los Angeles & Orange County Audio Society at their annual gala

LOS ANGELES, CA, December 3rd, 2021 - Audeze's Co-Founder and CTO, Dragoslav Colich (affectionately known as Dr. C), has received the 2021 George and Carolyn Counnas Innovation Award from the Los Angeles & Orange County Audio Society (LAOCAS) for his work with Audeze. The award will be presented at the LAOCAS annual gala, December 5th in Los Angeles.

The George and Carolyn Counnas Innovation Award represents pioneering innovation in design and engineering for the reproduction of music. This year’s award recognizes Dr. C’s extraordinary life’s work with planar magnetic transducers and his overall contributions to the audio industry.

The LAOCAS has been supporting the audiophile community for 28 years and serves as a gateway to the audiophile world to both beginners and discerning enthusiasts.  Through events, news and awards the LAOCAS panel of experts helps provide a guide to the ever changing audio landscape. The award will be presented to Dr. Colich and the Audeze team at the LAOCAS 28th annual gala that takes place Sunday December 5th from 11 AM to 4PM at the Grand Ballroom of the Holiday Inn- Buena Park, 7000 Beach Blvd., Buena Park, CA 90620.
