"I love this headphones so much this is amazing! But. . i have a problem after 4 years of using (i bought it from another person). One ear doesn't work and in service in my country they said that you don't have parts to repair it. . . please contact to me. . i can't believe it"
"After almost 5 years of ownership of a pair of LCD-4's, I can say with great confidence that not only have they been the best headphone experience I've had (I also have the Sennheiser HD650's, Abyss 1266TC's, Kennerton Vali's, Denon D7000s, and a few others). As a fan of primarily hip-hop, they slam like no other headphones I've owned, have all the range you'd expect, and remain comfortable for daily wear (8+ hours/day) for this entire time. It's not been all perfect: I've had a couple of drivers die. The headband wore out. Cables started turning colors. Pads needed replacement a few times as the adhesive wore out. BUT...not once has Audeze ever asked me to pay for replacement drivers or to pay for replacement headphone cables. If the pads fell off, they'd send me whole new pads with new adhesive. Compared to some of the other brands I've owned (mentioned above), the customer service experience has been night and day. Where I would never buy some of those brands ever again, I'm not only guaranteed to buy another Audeze product; I already have. I also own the Mobius and Penrose headsets and they travel with me on every flight. Whatever comes after the LCD-5, I'll probably also purchase to finally replace my LCD-4. So again, thank you for the amazing cans and support. They are the only cans in my collection that I wouldn't give up for anything (except maybe an LCD-6 if it's better somehow). Your team and products have made me Audeze fan for life. Cheers and best of luck."
"I have read and heard about all the great things said about LCD 4 through the years. I did not have the budget to get it at retail. After trying in vain to get a B-stock during the 2021. I finally had the good fortune of getting an LCD 4 this year, thanks to Audeze. I plugged it into my existing sources iFi Micro DSD Black Label and it was eveident on the level of detail, tonality, transparency and musicality the LCD 4 had. I was very happy (non stop grinning on every track) Then I plugged it into my Home AV receiver and boy the way it opened up was spectacular, the space in between the music (soundstage) and placement details were so welcome, from then on I started going into the media room. Then the amazing Customer service team at Audeze (huge shout out to Martin) suggested I try pairing it with Chord, Quetest, or SMSL. I made a trip to NYC to try these combinations and after I paired it with Hugo 2 it was game over for me. You really experience the music, like as if you are in the recording studio with the bands or in the arena. I truly cannot put inot words, but there is nothing like it. Itts like you have been praying to God all through your life and suddendly the almighty decides to reveal to you. Its that feeling. With and LCD 4 you can SEE music, touch it, and feel it in your soul. LCD 4 is a marvel made in heaven, crafted on earth by Audeze and put into the hands of Audiophiles.
