Sam Torresis an upstate New York based musician and audio engineer. He spent over a decade working as a live sound and location recording engineer across North America, engineering concerts and recordings for over a dozen Grammy-winning artists. After also working as Recording Studio Director and Assistant Technical Director at Skidmore College, he now focuses on mastering full-time, and has mastered hundreds of projects from around the world. Sam is also an active musician and improviser, making ambient electronic music using his saxophone, a Buchla synthesizer, and custom live electronics.
