Becki’s sound work centres on experimental music and left-field pop ( 潘PAN, Rainbow Chan, Daine, Banoffee, Brambles), and she has received ARIA, AWMA, and MPEG Award nominations for her engineering across a range of genres, from pop and hiphop (Jessica Mauboy, Allday) to theatre soundtracks (Fangirls) to post hardcore (Closure in Moscow).

About the Headphones

"When I first introduced the LCD-Xs into my mixing and mastering practice they really taught me a lot about relationships between midrange frequencies. Using them meant that I got to grips with the balance between a mix sounding warm vs muddy a whole lot more quickly, which naturally leads to stuff sounding more open and dimensional."
