Try Audeze Headphones for 30 Days Risk Free:

Audeze offers a 30-day return policy at no extra charge. The customer is responsible for paying the return freight to Audeze using a shipping method with tracking numbers. Buy your Audeze headphones today and in the unlikely event you want to return them, do so within 30 days with no penalty.

To make a return, email support@audeze.com, and supply your product's serial number and a brief reason for return. We'll process the return request and send you an RMA number and shipping instructions as soon as possible.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on ALL orders of new, direct-sale products including cables and accessories, to customers in the USA; including HAWAII and ALASKA. If you purchase from outside the USA, your warranty service, if needed, must be done in the USA.

Customs and Taxes:

If you are purchasing products in a country where there may be customs charges, taxes and other surcharges, please contact your local agency to get an accurate estimate of these charges. Any customs charges, import duties or surcharges will be assessed upon entry to your country and are your responsibility to pay.

Shipping and Delivery Details:

In order to protect your purchase, there will be a signature required for delivery on all headphones.

Please enter a telephone number so we can contact you if there are any issues during shipping.

Please provide your full street address. We are not able to fulfill orders that have P.O. Box addresses.

We generally ship products within two to five business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is received, but unanticipated delays can occur. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated shipping dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

Warranty:

All our products are brand new and come with full manufacturer's warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return defective items to us within 30 days for repair, replacement or refund (less shipping charges). After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
