New ASIO Drivers for Mobius Now Available!

We are pleased to announce a new driver for Audeze Mobius. The driver provides an ASIO compliant interface that integrates with 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 and up as a standard WDM/DirectX compatible sound device.

To meet professional audio requirements, the driver is optimized for low latency and low CPU load. The driver provides a bit-perfect playback option and control panel in which buffer depths can be adjusted by the user to optimize settings for their system. The control panel also includes a volume mixer that allows the individual channel volume to be adjusted.

Here are the features supported by the new driver:

• ASIO 2.3.1 compliant driver: 
• ASIO playback is supported in all channel modes supported by Mobius
• The driver allows bit-perfect playback through ASIO
• The driver allows simultaneous playback of both WDM and ASIO
• ASIO playback is possible from both 32 bit and 64 bit applications
• It is possible to use multiple ASIO applications in parallel
• A control panel is provided that allows changing buffer size and channel volumes
• WDM/DirectX Features:
• Supports Windows sound interfaces: MME, DirectSound, WASAPI
• Supports all channel modes of Mobius
• Continued support of volume and mute control through Windows sound control panel
• Supports bit-perfect playback through WASAPI
