Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Any items returned after the 30 day period may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you want to return your purchase for refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Please provide a brief reason for your return request, and the serial number of the product(s) you want to return (if applicable). You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all accessories.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after one business week, please check your account information with the source of original payment.
Keep in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and delays are usually on the issuing bank's end since the process from our end is fairly simple.
