Thank you to those who have voiced your concerns regarding LCD3 headphone issues. Some of our LCD3 headphones did, in fact, exhibit intermittent reliability issues, and we have now completed a thorough analysis of the problem. We found the cause and have worked diligently with our vendor to eliminate this issue completely.
While only a very small percentage of our recent LCD3s were affected, we want to reassure our customers that we stand behind our product. Therefore, we are extending the warranty on all our headphones from the date of purchase to a full three years. This will also be applied retroactively.
