Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and dealing with problems. Your typical daily duties include answering customer calls and e-mails about servicing our products and some technical questions.

You’ll follow up with any and all customer problems using our customer relationship management software. Provide feedback to Management for warranty and issue trends. Identify and evaluate opportunities to drive CS process improvements.

If you have experience in customer service, and you have audio product background, we want to talk to you. If you have technical knowledge, that’s a plus. Quick learner and ability to adapt to changing demands and conditions is a must. The position is based in our Costa Mesa, California office.
