Stolen Goods

Two LCD-2 headphones with serial numbers SR # 5313493 and SR # 5313403 were stolen in october last year (10/3/2011). These are stolen property and belong to Audeze. Recently it has been bought to our attention that these headphones are available for sale in some forums. Buyers be aware that Audeze will not support/service these two headphones in future and they do not have any warranty on them, since they were not bought legitimately.

LCD-3 Update

Thank you to those who have voiced your concerns regarding LCD-3 headphone issues. Some of our LCD-3 headphones did, in fact, exhibit intermittent reliability issues, and we have now completed a thorough analysis of the problem. We found the cause and have worked diligently with our vendor to eliminate this issue completely.

While only a very small percentage of our recent LCD-3s were affected, we want to reassure our customers that we stand behind our product.  Therefore, we are extending the warranty on all our headphones from the date of purchase to a full three years. Leather Free Version

We have had several requests for leather free version of the LCD-2 headphones. The earpads of the LCD series headphones are specially designed  to create a life like natural sound. Re-creating this with a non-leather product turned out to be tougher than we expected. After several revisions, we believe we have a non leather ear pad  that we feel is a good replacement. The new earpads are made from faux suede (polyester microfiber) and  use non-toxic and environmetally safe  dyes. 

Note- This is not a new product. The LCD-2s can be specially ordered with these pads. Orders will take a little bit longer to complete than usual.
